Once again, James gives some hope for EJole (and Safe) fans by saying he and AS tried to show Ejami weren't being emotionally unfaithful to Nicole and Rafe.

I watched it, it pretty much sets Ejole fans at ease about the whole smex thing and that EJ LOVES Nicole! i wanted more but hey, it's better than nothing.

I wanted more too. I didn't like the way he said she makes a wonderful mother and partner. It makes it sound like she's his logical choice but not necassarily what he truly wants.

I know, like his answers are just as scripted so he doesn't actually say he's in love with her but I'm trying to be positive here, I don't think it would hurt to be.

He basically said he loved the character of EJ because he isn't black and white. That him and allison practiced lots on the scene because they wanted to make sure it came across as something physical but that they weren't emotionally betraying Rafe and Nicole and that he felt like they did that. When he was asked about Nicole he said that he feels love for Nicole and that he was afraid of that and that's why he pushed her away. Then he talks about how in their first marriage there was so much trust lost and how do you come back from that? But he thinks that she's a wonderful mother and that she would make a fantastic partner for him. Hope that helps pennieloafer.
